Gift in Kind

Since BYM primarily works through collaborative agencies, we do not accept gift in kind, but rather can refer you to reputable organizations that need your donations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Financial Donations

Because You Matter is an approved 501c3, non-religious, public benefit, non-profit corporation, that relies completely on the donation of others for its existence to help others. All donations are used to go directly to support those in need. Support goes into three areas:

Partner support for proven and vetted organizations that are impacting their community.

Emergency assistance for housing, food, utilities and other basic items for those in need.

Innovation Fund is our dream account for future programs that we are dreaming about, where resources match need. This could be affordable housing, a social enterprise business, or other direct programs to benefit those in our community.
